50/50 is the balanced blend for pod kits and mouth-to-lung devices — enough PG to carry flavour and a tight draw, without flooding a small coil. 70/30 is higher-VG for sub-ohm and direct-to-lung setups, producing noticeably more vapour but needing a device built for it.
Putting 70/30 in a small pod is the usual cause of a burnt coil, so if you are unsure which your device takes, the 50/50 range is the safer choice.
