Hayati 15000 & 4000: What Replaced Them
The Hayati lineup has turned over twice, and the models people still search for are mostly ones you can no longer buy. Here is what the 15000 and the 4000 were, what replaced each, and why none of their pods fit the current devices.
What happened to the Hayati Pro Ultra 15000?
The Pro Ultra 15000 was the first of the big-capacity Hayati devices, rated at 15,000 puffs. It has been replaced by the Pro Ultra Plus 25000, which holds 22ml and carries dual-flavour pods the older device never had.
The Plus is the direct successor rather than a different product line, so if you are replacing a 15000, the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 kit is the one to buy, and Hayati Pro Ultra Plus pods keep it going. What you cannot do is keep the old device going with new pods. The flavours the 25000 carries now are listed in the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus flavours directory.
What happened to the Hayati Pro Max 4000?
The Pro Max 4000 was the original small Pro Max. Two things replaced it, depending on what you liked about it.
If you wanted the cheap, small, frequent-change format, that is now the Pro Max S1 — twin-pack pods at £2.99, each rated 1,000 puffs. If you wanted more capacity between changes, that is the Pro Max Plus 6000, which is 12ml a pack.
Why were the old models discontinued?
Two reasons, and only one of them is Hayati’s. The range moved to rechargeable pod systems with larger total capacity because that is what the market wanted. Separately, the UK banned single-use vapes in June 2025, which ended a whole category of product regardless of brand.

Hayati Twist — do we stock it?
No, and we would rather say so than let you find out at the basket. The Twist is a Hayati line we do not carry, and we have no plans to at present.
If you came here looking for it, the closest thing we do stock is the Pro Max Plus 6000 — a rechargeable pod kit at £7.99 with pods at £5.49, in 85 flavours. It is the range most Twist searchers are actually after: same brand, current generation, and pods that are still in production.
If that changes and we take the Twist on, this page will say so.
How the lineup actually ran
- Pro Max 4000The original small Pro Max. Replaced by the S1 for the cheap format and the Pro Max Plus 6000 for more capacity.

What should I buy instead?
