What the S1 suits

It is the range to pick if you want to try a flavour before committing to a three-pod multibuy of it, or if you want something small enough to forget you are carrying. Each pod is rated at 1,000 puffs and holds 2ml, which in normal use is nearer 600 to 800 real puffs — so a two-pod pack is roughly a week for a moderate vaper.

The trade-off against the larger ranges is frequency. You will handle pods more often than on a Pro Max Plus, and the battery is smaller. As a first Hayati or as a second device it works well; as your only device it will feel like hard work.

S1 pods fit the S1 only

Pods are not interchangeable between Hayati ranges. An S1 pod will not seat in a Pro Max Plus, and a Pro Max Plus pod will sit in an S1 bay without connecting. Where it sits against the other ranges
