Age Verification Policy

It is illegal to sell nicotine-containing vape products to anyone under 18 in the United Kingdom. We do not do it, and we would rather lose a sale than get it wrong.

Over 18s only

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you are buying for yourself, not on behalf of someone younger. Buying a nicotine product on behalf of a minor — proxy purchasing — is a criminal offence.

Challenge 25

We operate Challenge 25. Anyone collecting or receiving an order who appears to be under 25 may be asked to produce identification. Acceptable ID is a passport, a UK photocard driving licence, or a PASS-accredited proof-of-age card.

Checks at each stage

  • On the site — an age confirmation appears before you can browse.
  • At checkout — you must declare that you are 18 or over before the order can be placed.
  • On delivery — couriers may verify age at the door and can refuse to hand over the parcel.

If a check fails

Where age cannot be confirmed we will cancel the order and refund it in full. Parcels refused at the door are returned to our warehouse and refunded once received. We may decline future orders from an account where we have reason to believe the buyer is underage.
