Orders placed before 8pm are dispatched the same day, seven days a week, from our own warehouse in Preston. Standard tracked delivery is free once your basket passes £20.

Dispatch is not the same as delivery
The cut-off times above are when a parcel leaves us. The delivery estimate then runs from that point. An order placed at 7pm on Saturday on Tracked 48 goes out that evening and is estimated to arrive 2 to 4 working days later — so Wednesday to Friday, not Sunday.
Royal Mail’s tracked delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees, so please allow the full window before assuming a parcel has gone astray.
Where we deliver
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Some remote postcodes — parts of the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands — can take longer than the estimates above on any service. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Age checks
These are age-restricted products. Orders may be subject to an age check at checkout or on delivery, and a courier can refuse to hand over a parcel to anyone who appears under 25 and cannot produce ID. Nobody under 18 may order.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed when your parcel is dispatched. If you have an account with us it is also on your account page. If tracking has not moved for three working days, email support@hayativapes.uk with your order number and we will open a case with the courier.
Something missing or damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right. Photographs of the packaging and the item help us make the claim quickly. See returns and refunds for the full process.
