Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of hayativapes.uk and any purchase you make through it. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who you are contracting with

Hayati Vapes is a trading name of Love Vaping Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 11308158. VAT registration GB295311204. Registered office and warehouse: Unit 11–15, Fylde Road Industrial Estate, Fylde Road, Preston, PR1 2TY.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Love Vaping Ltd. References to “you” mean the person placing the order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. See our age verification policy. We may cancel and refund any order where we cannot satisfy ourselves that the buyer is over 18.

3. Forming a contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your offer — a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or an age check fails, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery is charged separately as set out on our delivery page. Payment is taken at checkout through Viva Wallet; we do not store your card details.

We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you before doing anything, and you may cancel.

5. Availability

Stock levels shown reflect our warehouse in real time, but occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it. Where that happens we will offer an alternative or refund the item.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, other than where a guaranteed service has been paid for. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

7. Cancellation and returns

Your cancellation rights, and the hygiene exemption that applies to opened e-liquids and pods, are set out in full on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including flavour notes and specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Manufacturer figures such as puff counts are estimates. Packaging and device revisions change from time to time and images are illustrative.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. All site content, including product photography and written descriptions, remains our property or that of our licensors.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You are responsible for using devices in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and our safety guidance.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, extreme weather and interruptions to supply.

12. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

14. Complaints and governing law

Complaints go to support@hayativapes.uk and we will acknowledge within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
