What confuses people is that the pack refills itself: the two 10ml tanks arrive sealed and full, and they top up the 2ml pod for you as you vape. That is auto-refilling, not user-refillable.

Lift the mouthpiece and twist it to release the carrier, then lift the carrier clear of the body with both tanks still sitting in it. Slide the spent tanks sideways out, slide the new pack's tanks in the same way, colour-matched to their sides, and drop the carrier back until it seats. Nothing pulls straight up on this device, and nothing is held in by magnets — which is worth knowing, because a firm tug is exactly the wrong thing to do.
