The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 kit is £11.99, or 3 for £30. After that you buy replacement packs rather than devices, at £6.99, or 2 for £12.99. You will also see it called the Hayati Pro Ultra, the Hayati Ultra or simply the Hayati 25000; it is not the older single-use Pro Ultra 15000. What is in the box, and how the Hayati 25K vape works

The kit is the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 device, with its 850mAh battery charged over USB-C, and one 22ml pack in the flavour you choose.

A pack is the part you replace, and it is the whole 22ml unit: one 2ml coil pod and two 10ml tanks that sit in a carrier and top the pod up as you vape. UK rules cap a pod at 2ml, which is why the 25000 feeds a 2ml pod from two tanks instead of holding 22ml in the pod itself. Two flavours at once. A twin pack puts a different flavour in each tank, and lifting and twisting the mouthpiece — Hayati call it Just Twist It — chooses which tank feeds the pod. After your next draw, the screen shows L or R for the tank in use.

The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is 20mg nicotine salt only, and there is no 0mg version of it. If you want nicotine-free, the Pro Max Plus is the range made in 0mg.

How long should a Hayati Pro Ultra last?

The Hayati 25K (Pro Ultra Plus 25000) recharges over USB-C, so you keep the device and replace only the pack. Each pack is rated at around 25,000 puffs across its two tanks. That rating is measured on machine draws, so long, slow draws land lower, and how many days a pack lasts depends on how much you vape. Why is my Hayati Pro Ultra vape not working?

Check the pack first: lift the mouthpiece and twist it to release the carrier, lift the carrier clear, then drop it back until it seats, because the device cannot detect a pack that is not fully seated. What does the R mean on Hayati Pro Ultra?

Why does my vape keep saying E2?

On the Pro Ultra Plus 25000, E2 means the device cannot detect the pod. Lift the mouthpiece and twist it to release the carrier, lift the carrier clear and drop it back until it seats, and check the contacts are clean and dry, because a leaking pack can foul them.
